If you are a Cheesemonger, you’ll need all three cheese knives for the ultimate cheese board. The golden rule is one knife per cheese when serving a variety of cheeses on your cheese board.
Cheese knives included in this set:
A cheese knife for cutting through hard cheeses like cheddar by using the pointy tip to chip away at the cheese so that it breaks naturally. The more aged the cheese the better!
A cheese knife for semi soft cheese like gouda, provolone or mozzarella. This cheese knife does double duty. The long thin edge is used to make semi-soft slices. The forked tip is used to pick up the slices.
A cheese knife for soft cheese like brie. The sharpness of the stainless steel edge allows you to glide through soft cheese effortlessly while the wide blade makes spreading a breeze.
