Yes, you can pick up your order at our studio located in the Hampden/Woodberry area of Baltimore City. Just choose “Local Pick up” during checkout. When the item is ready, we will email you to set up a day/time to pick it up.

It takes approx. 7-10 days to make any of our personalized products. 

Once shipped it takes between 1-7 days via UPS ground to receive your items, depending on where you live.  You can choose expedited shipping for guaranteed shipping times.

Our wood is sustainably sourced from forests along the east coast of U.S.

To give back to unhealthy forests in the U.S. we plant a tree for every wooden item sold though our website. You can read more about The One Tree Planted partnership here.

This varies by size and shape. The maximum characters is 15 on a Personalized cutting board, round or a lazy susan. Each individual product page has details on the maximum allowed for that shape or size.

The large cutting board weighs approx. 5 1/2lbs. The small cutting board weighs approx. 3 1/4lbs.

The small meat board weighs approx. 3 1/2 lbs. The large meat board weighs approx. 7 1/2lbs.
