They're best with cold or warm foods. We don't recommend them for hot or boiling foods or liquids, so use them for serving, tossing, and scooping instead of stirring a pot on the stove.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after they're ready. Personalized and made-to-order items are made first, and the Shipping tab on each product page lists that production time.

Once we generate a shipping label, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to start updating tracking information, so don't worry if it shows nothing right away.

Can wooden kitchen tools go in the dishwasher?

No. The heat and standing water in a dishwasher can crack or warp wood. Wipe it with a damp cloth when needed, let it dry fully, and rub in a little oil if the wood starts to look dry. The Care tab on each product page lists the oil we recommend for that piece.
