Need help customizing your board? We’re available to answer any questions you have!
Our ornaments are made from sustainably forested American hardwoods such as maple, cherry, and walnut. The woods available for each design are shown in the options on the product page.
Yes. You can write a name, a year, or a short note on the back of the ornament with a felt pen.
Each woodland ornament is laser engraved and then cut out on the laser in our Baltimore woodshop.
Each woodland ornament comes with a red ribbon tied on, ready to hang, and is packed in a cotton bag.
Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and store them somewhere dry between seasons. Keep them away from water so the wood stays smooth.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after they're ready. Personalized and made-to-order items are made first, and the Shipping tab on each product page lists that production time.
Once we generate a shipping label, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to start updating tracking information, so don't worry if it shows nothing right away.
Sending this as a gift? We never include pricing on the packing slip — so it's safe to ship directly to the recipient.
We believe made in America matters — for the hands that make it, the economy we support, and the planet we all share.
In our Hampden woodshop, our artisans cut, sand, and finish our boards and lazy susans by hand, whether the words are hand-cut on a scroll saw or engraved in our studio. No shortcuts. Ever.
We use sustainably forested American hardwoods, and for every cutting board we sell, a tree gets planted right here in the U.S.
