This cutting board is butcher block to prevent warping. The wood we use is from sustainable forests.

To care for your vegan cooking cutting board wipe down with food-grade mineral oil or coconut oil. Do not use most other oils including but not limited to olive oil, vegetable oil or canola oil as they go rancid over time.
